From beginners to experienced home trainers the York Fitness Bench is a key component for any home gym set.
This solid and reliable bench offers 5 back rest positions, from flat through to 90 degrees incline.
The thick padded back rest and seat pad offer a comfortable and stable workout position. Bench positions are fast and easy to change without the need to add or remove any pins.
Along with traditional dumbbell exercises a variety of body weight workouts can also be performed on the bench.

Multi-Position Bench
From a flat bench position through to 90 degrees incline, add variety to your workouts by easily changing between the 5 adjustable back rest positions.
Change the incline angle by simply moving the back rest support bar to the desired level.
Dumbbell Storage Rack
Underneath the bench is a free weight storage rack that stores up to six weights. These weight holders are primarily suited for York Fitness Vinyl Dipped Dumbbells (not included).

Bench Press
Use the York Fitness Bench to sculpt your chest by performing a free weight bench press.
Using a pair of York Fitness dumbbells of your choice (not included), you can perform a pressing movement on a flat bench or, if you prefer, you can increase the incline based on your workout goals.
Shoulder Press
In the upright position, the York Fitness Bench is angled perfectly to perform the shoulder press; a staple for increasing upper body strength and power.
Hold each dumbbell with an overhand grip, raising your arms from a 90-degree bend at the elbow, until arms are almost straight, but keeping the elbows slightly bent. Lower the dumbbells in a controlled movement back down to starting position and repeat for desired repetitions.
One-Armed Row
By using the York Fitness Bench with any York Fitness dumbbell (not included) you can perform a one-armed row.
This movement is a surefire way to increase the strength, power and size of the muscle groups located in the back.
Body Weight Exercises
The York Fitness Bench can also be put to good use without the need of weights.
Use it to perform body weight exercises such as tricep dips or elevated press-ups and abdominal exercises such as lying leg raises or stomach crunches.
