The Black and Decker BES601 Jigsaw is a compact, affordable and versatile saw which is powered by a standard 240v UK mains power socket. It will take both U shank and T shank jigsaw blades and is suitable for straight, curved and angled cuts in a variety of materials including wood, plastic, laminate flooring, light sheet metal and metal pipes. An integrated dust blower helps to maintain visibility of the cutting line during use and the ergonomic trigger grip with optional lock-on button helps to ensure comfortable handling. The BES601 has a dust port which can be connected up to a vacuum cleaner or dust extractor for cleaner working. The included hex key is used to make adjustments to the base plate and can be stored on the machine so its always close to hand.
